Before purchase, each customer runs a compatibility check against their exact model, year and current software version so nothing is sold that will not work on their car. For builds that need a firmware update first, we bundle a free update file and walk the customer through installing it before the main package. After purchase, customers manage their vehicles, downloads and updates from a private client portal, and reach our team directly through an in-app chat for any help they need.
