By accessing TheNavMan.com, browsing the store, running the compatibility checker or purchasing a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the site or place an order.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page always reflects the current terms that apply to your order; continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

TheNavMan.com supplies software-only update packages that enable Apple CarPlay and Android Auto navigation to be displayed on the Audi Virtual Cockpit for compatible Audi MMI infotainment systems (currently MHI2Q, with more generations in development). Every package is delivered as a digital download together with installation instructions — no hardware is supplied or fitted by us.

Each package is built to order against the vehicle information (model, year, region and current software version) you supply at purchase. We do not guarantee compatibility with any vehicle whose details have not been confirmed through our compatibility check.

It is your responsibility to confirm your vehicle's compatibility before purchase using the checker provided, and to supply accurate vehicle and software-version information. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information may be held while we request clarification, and cannot be refunded where the wrong details supplied prevent the package from working on your car.

Features and supported cockpit layouts vary depending on the vehicle, MMI/software version and existing equipment. We are not liable for limitations imposed by your vehicle's factory configuration.

Orders are placed through our secure checkout and payment is processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store and may be updated at any time; the price at the point of checkout is the price you pay.

Upon successful payment you will receive access to your package and any free firmware update via your client portal. Per-customer build packages are prepared after your order is placed and are delivered as soon as the build is ready; an estimated timeframe is shown in your portal.

Because each package is a digital download built to your vehicle, and because compatibility is confirmed before purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Where we are unable to provide a working package for a confirmed-compatible vehicle, we will either resolve the issue or issue a refund.

If your order is placed on hold (for example, because the supplied details need correcting), you may request a refund from within your client portal and we will process it in line with our refund policy. Refunds are not available where the package has been downloaded and successfully installed on a confirmed-compatible vehicle.

Each package is licensed to you for use on the single vehicle it was built for. You may install and use the software on that vehicle for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, modify or transfer the package, in whole or in part, to any other vehicle or person.

Updates and new versions we release for your package remain licensed under these same terms and are for the original licensed vehicle only.

Installation is carried out by you following the instructions provided. You accept full responsibility for any work performed on your vehicle and for ensuring your vehicle and equipment are suitable for the update before proceeding. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss or issue arising from the installation process.

If a firmware update is required before the main package, it must be installed first exactly as described. Failure to follow the provided steps may prevent the package from working as intended.

All software, documentation, text, imagery and branding on TheNavMan.com is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the site grants you any right to use our branding, content or software except as expressly set out in these terms.

Audi, Virtual Cockpit, MMI and related marks are trademarks of Audi AG and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. TheNavMan.com is an independent specialist and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Audi AG.

Access to your downloads and support is provided through a client portal account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We provide support through the in-app chat and email channels shown in your portal and on the contact page. Support covers the installation and use of the package supplied and is provided in good faith; response times may vary and are not guaranteed outside published hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, vehicle downtime or third-party costs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

TheNavMan.com is an independent software specialist. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Audi AG, Volkswagen AG, or any of their subsidiaries or dealerships.

All Audi, Virtual Cockpit, MMI and related names, marks, emblems and logos are the trademarks of Audi AG and are used on this site for identification and compatibility description purposes only. Nothing on TheNavMan.com implies any endorsement, approval, sponsorship or partnership by Audi AG, and the software we supply is developed and provided solely by TheNavMan.com.

Our packages are designed to work with compatible Audi vehicles but are not an Audi product, are not warranted by Audi, and are not serviced or supported by Audi. Any reference to Audi models, MMI generations or software versions is for the sole purpose of describing compatibility.
